Zen Collective is committed to process and ship orders efficiently from our Melbourne store.
Dispatch and Order Processing
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2 business days. If your order contains a pre-order product alongside an in-stock product, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all products are available.
Domestic Delivery and Timeframes
We partner with delivery partners for domestic postage. Delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or external events.
Melbourne Pick-Up
We offer free pick up from our Melbourne store located at 280 City Road, Southbank VIC 3006. Orders uncollected after 14 days from the readiness notification may be cancelled and refunded, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Address Accuracy and Liability
The customer bears sole responsibility for providing the correct and complete shipping address. If a consignment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay a reshipment charge. We are not liable for products lost or damaged by the carrier once the consignment has left our facility.
International Shipping
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by the destination country. Failure to pay customs fees may result in the order being returned to us, and the original shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
