Pre-Orders Policy
Pre-Order Definition and Commitment
A pre-order is the pre-purchase of a product that is not yet in stock or officially released. Placing a pre-order is a firm commitment to acquire a product and secures an allocation and requires full payment at the time of pre-order. We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order and issue a full refund if our supplier cancels the product or reduces our final allocation.
Estimated Arrival Dates and Delays
Estimated arrival dates or times of arrival listed are strictly estimates only. Zen Collective is not liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations caused by manufacturing issues, publishing delays or supplier shipping.
We endeavour to keep customers informed of major delays, but customers should regularly check updates from the manufacturer or supplier independently for the latest updates.
If delivery is paid pre-ordered products are expected to be dispatched within 5 business days of the stock arriving in our store.
Order Splitting and Combining Products
If your order contains both a pre-order product and an in-stock product, the entire order will be held and will only dispatch once all products are physically available.
Splitting an order to receive in-stock products immediately will incur an additional shipping charge to cover the extra postage, unless local pick up is organised.
Cancellation Rules and Fees
Pre-orders are treated as a firm commitment. Cancellations are subject to the following rules, regardless of any delays.
Grace Period: Customers have a 3-day grace period from the time the pre-order is placed for a full refund cancellation.
Cancellation Fee: All other cancellation requests, including those made after the 3-day grace period or for delayed products, are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable: Pre-orders are non-refundable if the 3-day grace period has passed OR if the product has been released, whichever is sooner.
